Elite Care Cleaning
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Elite Care Cleaning to the client. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Regular/recurring cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Commercial Cleaning
All services will be provided as outlined during the booking process or as agreed upon in writing.

3. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50%
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
4. Access to Property
It is the Client’s responsibility to provide access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. We will attempt to contact you in the first instance, if we are unable to and there is failure to provide access this will result as a cancellation and therefore be charged the full service fee.

5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space.
Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted after the initial visit.
Payment Terms: All invoices are strictly payable within three (3) days from the date of issue. Late payment will incur a $50 fee, with an additional $10 charged for each day the invoice remains unpaid. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action to recover outstanding amounts. For reoccurring cleaning services, payment must be made in full prior to each scheduled clean using our subscription service. If payment is not received before the scheduled date, the booking will be automatically cancelled without notice.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including re-cleaning the affected area at no additional cost (at our discretion).

7. Damage and Liability
We take reasonable care during all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed before service.
Clients are responsible for securing or removing valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items prior to cleaning.

8. Health and Safety
Our staff are trained in safe cleaning practices and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
The Client must notify us of any health risks or hazardous conditions on the property prior to the service.

9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
The environment is unsafe
There is verbal or physical abuse
Conditions exceed the scope of the original booking without prior notice

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
